Our Commitment
At Bernedoodle Puppies Center, we take great pride in our breeding program. Our goal is to provide you with a healthy, happy companion. To ensure this, all of our breeding parents undergo extensive health testing before being cleared for our program.
Buyer's Responsibility
To keep this guarantee in effect, the buyer must fulfill the following requirements:
- Initial Exam: The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of arrival.
- Maintenance: The buyer must provide proper veterinary care, including all required vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick control.
- Nutrition: The puppy must be kept on a high-quality age-appropriate diet and maintained at a healthy weight.
What is Covered
This guarantee covers severe or life-threatening hip dysplasia, heart, pancreas, kidneys, and liver issues that are proven to be genetic in origin. If such a condition is diagnosed by a licensed vet (and confirmed by our vet), we will:
- Provide a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter.
- Offer a partial refund toward medical expenses (up to 50% of the purchase price).
What is Not Covered
This guarantee does not cover conditions caused by environmental factors, including but not limited to:
- Parasites (Coccidia, Giardia, Worms) as these are common in puppies.
- Injuries, accidents, or neglect.
- Contagious diseases contracted after leaving our home.
- Minor physical flaws that do not affect the life of the dog.
Sales Agreement
By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy from Bernedoodle Puppies Center, you agree to the terms listed above. This contract is designed to protect the puppy, the buyer, and the breeder alike.
